About the Role
dmg events is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive for its Energy Portfolio to execute marketing strategy for an online news and digital solutions platform. Responsibilities include coordinating partnerships, managing social media, creating marketing materials, and analyzing campaign performance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate partnerships internally alongside marketing managers and event marketing teams
- Keep track of media campaigns and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of the campaigns
- Assist the marketing manager with the handling of social media platforms
- Prepare briefing for design and website developer for changes and executions of campaigns
- Coordinate and work closely with design and event marketing teams to create branding and advertising materials that are on brand and deliver them on time to partners
- Work closely with content, sales and event marketing teams to create and copy write targeted partnership materials that carry the right messaging and tone of voice
- Work closely with marketing manager to ensure all campaigns and actions implemented ensure a higher traffic to the website
- Plan, manage and execute the delivery of multi channel marketing campaigns across social, print, web, digital and email
- Track and analyse partnership marketing activities to ensure partnership marketing is delivering effective results
- Ensuring our deliverables to partners are executed and that partners receive the relevant exposure outlined on contracts before, during and after the events in return for their services
- Contribute to all aspects of marketing activity, ensuring best practice marketing techniques, and communicating a clear promotional message
- Create and issue promotional electronic newsletters (HTML & Text); become an ‘expert’ in what constitutes an effective email campaign
Requirements
- Experience in the use of databases in both mass and targeted direct marketing campaigns
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Social media and digital channels savvy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with and relate to all levels both within and outside the organisation
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A great multi tasker with ability to meet deadlines and handle different campaigns at the same time
- Copy writing. Excellent verbal and written English
- HTML proficient
- Experience with Google Analytics
