About This Team

  • The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs is responsible to plan, design and execute significantly complex strategic initiatives, ranging from implementation of cross functional global business transformations to targeted functional or regional efforts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead a Supply Chain Programs team to plan, design, and deliver against the strategic program and project portfolios.
  • Manage the SI portfolio budget for both capital and operating expenditures.
  • Own the development and maintenance of integrated program and project milestone plans.
  • Support establishing a program and project governance model.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Strategy team to support development of investment roadmaps.
  • Mentor, coach and develop talent within the Supply Chain Programs team.

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
  • MBA or other Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field with a minimum of 4+ years in a management role
  • Experience in Strategy Development, Program Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Strong business, leadership, planning and organizing skills
  • Demonstrated executive level presence with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence peers, colleagues, and leadership
  • Proven experience in managing business transformations and programs
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage change, develop, mentor and coach personnel
  • Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets

  • Typical hiring range: CAD 145,000 190,300 annually

Workplace Arrangement
