About the Role

- Lead site safety audits, inspections, and compliance monitoring
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and international HSE standards
- Investigate incidents and ensure proper root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Drive safety awareness and continuous improvement initiatives
- Report HSE performance and risks to the Client and PMCM leadership
Requirements
- Experience in HSE management for construction or infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements
- Experience leading site safety audits and compliance monitoring
- Familiarity with local regulations and international HSE standards
- Strong incident investigation and reporting skills
