- Present results and recommendations to stakeholders including department heads and senior leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in business management and/or consulting experience in reputed firms preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a definite advantage

Purpose
- The purpose of Senior Manager Products is to solve some of the toughest challenges faced by colleagues across BUs; as well as cross functional, multidisciplinary projects dominating the agenda of our Cluster’s senior leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Structure and conduct problem solving exercises to uncover the true challenges and root causes of strategic and operational issues, and create actionable plans that drive effective, long lasting change
- Conduct a combination of primary and secondary research, data analyses and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to solve problems, refine strategies and implement transformations
- Lead, guide and develop more junior members of the department in their work and leadership abilities as part of our apprenticeship based model.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Equip business / functional owners with the tools and knowledge to sustain effective, long lasting change and an innovative, continuous improvement mindset
- Present results and recommendations to stakeholders, including department heads and senior leaders, and implement them alongside functional owners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic a definite advantage
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise / professional experience in business management and/or consulting experience in reputed firms preferred.
