Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Solid understanding of employee relations and employment legislation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
