About the Job

  • Shape and deliver HR strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational performance and capability.
  • Build and execute talent strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Identify workforce gaps and strengthen talent pipelines across key functions.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to improve structure, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance culture and employee experience.
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters while safeguarding fairness and compliance.
  • Oversee end to end HR operations to ensure consistency and efficiency across the function.
  • Use HR data and insights to support strategic decision making and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of HR experience, including a proven HR Business Partner or leadership role.
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Solid understanding of employee relations and employment legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in large, complex or multi business organizations.
  • Exposure to organizational transformation, restructuring, or change initiatives.
  • Strong experience using HR analytics to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and digital HR solutions.
  • Experience mentoring or developing HR teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
