About This Team

  • The Fulfillment Planning team drives connection and partnership across Global Fulfillment and key stakeholders.
  • The role reports to the Director, Fulfillment Planning, leading a team of analysts.
  • Responsible for facilitating connection, visibility and coordination across channel partners, product teams and Global Fulfillment functions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive leadership review forums to enhance partnership across stakeholders to drive effective product flow.
  • Leverage operational and financial expertise to support management of fulfillment network optimizations.
  • Partner across Product, Finance and Fulfillment verticals to deliver integrated planning processes.
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap of key optimization projects and supportive KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to align demand profiles and inventory to distribution center capacity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, delivering fulfillment based business insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and scopes.
  • Demonstrated ability to align leadership team members to recommendations and drive decision making.
  • Deep understanding of end to end business processes, including distribution, logistics, and trade compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to lead complex network modeling and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work in changing environments under limited guidance.
  • Self starter approach with eagerness to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Strong experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Experience with Power BI, SQL and JIRA is an asset.
  • Undisputed integrity and ability to build trust.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field – Business, Data Analytics, statistics, mathematics preferred.
  • Experience – 7 10 years minimum experience.

  • Typical hiring range: CAD 134,100 CAD 176,000 annually.

Workplace Arrangement
