Job Purpose
Govern and control DevCo workforce cost, utilisation, and change against the approved baseline.
Own the workforce data supporting management reporting.
Issue the monthly workforce reporting pack and maintain an audit-ready control environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage staff cost reporting on a baseline, forecast, and actual basis, including cost variance analysis and payroll reconciliation.
- Establish and operate workforce change-control registers and impact assessments.
- Monitor utilisation, chargeability, bench, and idle-cost exposure.
- Ensure workforce master data integrity across resource management, work breakdown, and organisational structures.
- Direct workforce reporting automation through structured data models and business intelligence tooling.
- Manage workforce data interfaces with Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources.
- Document workforce controls and maintain audit readiness.
- Improve workforce control and reporting cycles through targeted process enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred at Senior Manager level.
