Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager acts as custodian of how DevCo Operations works.
The role converts approved management direction into documented, adopted, and measurable ways of working.
The role creates the improvement mechanism through which operating practices continue to improve.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise development and maintenance of the Business Operating Model and Business Capability Model.
- Maintain the process architecture, process management methodology, and process repository.
- Lead process mapping, SOP development, and workflow design with accountable process owners.
- Operate the Continuous Improvement methodology and monthly issue-log intake.
- Facilitate approved Lean and process-improvement initiatives and evidence benefits.
- Design and deliver briefings, walkthroughs, and rollout support for standards adoption.
- Maintain the operational knowledge repository and lessons-learned register.
- Identify and coordinate digital, automation, and AI improvement opportunities with accountable functions.
Academic and Experience Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field is required.
