- Drive growth of the commercial card's portfolio across large corporates and mid market segments
- Identify and unlock B2B supplier payment opportunities and increase card penetration
- Develop and execute go to market strategies aligned with regional priorities
- Manage relationships with corporate clients including MNCs and enterprises
- Position the bank as a trusted advisor in supplier payments and working capital optimization
- Support product development and commercial card solution launches
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across transaction banking, risk, and operations
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to enhance offerings
Requirements
- 12/18+ years of experience in corporate banking, payments, or commercial cards
- Strong expertise in B2B payments and corporate client management
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
- Experience managing corporate portfolios and cross functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong experience across the GCC banking markets
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or FinTech industry
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is an advantage

Purpose of the Project

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Drive growth of the commercial card's portfolio across large corporates and mid market segments.

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory Skills

Preferred Skills

- Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
- Understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
