- Manage a suite of regional APN Partnerships taking end to end ownership of the relationship.
- Conduct regular services reviews, monitor and revise SLAs, track performance against KPIs and OKRs.
- Ensure APN Partner performance meets WU standards; escalate and track issues to resolution.
- Proactively discuss business development opportunities, identifying growth or revenue opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with pay out partners, correspondent banks, and payment networks.
- Stay abreast of global payment market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate closely with risk, compliance, legal, product, and technology teams.
- Review contractual agreements with Legal and Compliance teams.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of partnership management experience in financial services (preferably payments)
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Experience in strategic and tactical partner management
- Working knowledge of payment industry participants
- Ability to build executive level relationships
- Strong management skills including project planning, coordination, organization, adaptability, and execution
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proven problem solving abilities and robust technological background
- Undergraduate or graduate degree, or equivalent experience

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Network Manager in Dubai to join the new Network (APN) Management Team.
- This role is both a relationship management role and responsible for executing on the APN governance strategy.
- The role will work collaboratively with regional product teams to understand their future payment requirements.
Responsibilities
