Lead a team of pharmaceutical development professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
Support portfolio development and business requirements through analytical science and technology leadership.

Major Accountabilities
- Oversee assigned teams and projects, evaluate results, and draw relevant conclusions.
- Write protocols, scientific reports, laboratory procedures, SOPs, and documents for external partners or registration.
- Develop analytical control strategies and analytical solutions for formulation development challenges.
- Lead scientific and technical activities, process optimization, and implementation of new technologies.
- Mentor scientific associates, foster knowledge exchange, and provide onsite training and troubleshooting.
- Provide scientific leadership and project management for multiple Analytical R&D projects.
- Maintain and qualify laboratory equipment and infrastructure.
Essential Requirements
- Full-time doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or Organic Chemistry.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Good presentation, scientific or technical writing, and communication skills.
- Proven people leadership and operational capabilities.
- Project management and collaboration across organizational boundaries.
- Deep understanding of drug development and small-molecule products.
