What is the opportunity?

  • As Senior Manager, AI Product in the AI & Conversational Banking team, you will improve the advisor and client experience through innovative technologies.
  • You will be the Product Owner for AI product(s) and inform and execute against the Advice Centre AI roadmap.
  • You will lead cross functional teams/squads through prioritization and implementation of critical transformational initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Lead cross functional teams/squads and collaborate with partners on requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, and communication.
  • As product owner for key Advice Centre AI technologies, be responsible for end to end product management.
  • Partner with Advice Centre, business, role design, product design, tech, data, and risk stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements to ensure clear understanding of initiatives and define testing strategies.
  • Identify product risk profile and promote innovative methods.
  • Maintain high communication standards across partner groups.
  • Creatively manage through roadblocks.
  • Ensure all required sign offs are obtained and initiatives are within budget.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management within banking, financial services, or related industry.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and executing strategic projects, initiatives, or transformation programs.
  • Experience with Project Management and/or Business Agility principles (e.g. Scrum, KanBan).
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Experience developing technology and/or business strategy.
  • Nice to have: Generative/agentic AI knowledge and experience.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of digital channels or digital banking solutions.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Advice Centre or Advice Centre technology.
