- Lead cross functional teams/squads and collaborate on requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, and communication of projects
- Act as product owner for key Advice Centre AI technologies, responsible for end to end product management
- Partner with Advice Centre, business, role design, product design, tech, data, and risk stakeholders
- Gather requirements and define testing strategies, scripts, required data, and expected results
- Identify product risk profile and promote innovative methods to execute at pace
- Maintain high communication standards across partner groups as AI product expert
- Creatively manage through roadblocks
- Ensure all required sign offs are obtained and initiatives are within budget and deliver against productivity targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management within banking, financial services, or related industry
- 5+ years of experience leading and executing strategic projects, initiatives, or transformation programs
- Experience with Project Management and/or Business Agility principles (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Experience developing technology and/or business strategy

What is the opportunity?
- As Senior Manager, AI Product in the AI & Conversational Banking team, you will improve advisor and client experience through innovative technologies.
- You will be the Product Owner for AI product(s) and execute against the Advice Centre AI roadmap.
- You will lead cross functional teams through prioritization and implementation of transformational initiatives.
What will you do?
- Lead cross functional teams/squads and collaborate on requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, and communication.
- As product owner, be responsible for end to end product management including scoping, discovery, risk assessments, strategy development, and product design.
- Partner with Advice Centre, business, role design, product design, tech, data, and risk stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and define testing strategies, scripts, data, and expected results.
- Identify product risk profile and promote innovative methods.
- Maintain high communication standards as AI product expert.
- Creatively manage through roadblocks.
- Ensure sign offs and initiatives are within budget and deliver against productivity targets.
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management within banking, financial services, or related industry.
- 5+ years of experience leading and executing strategic projects, initiatives, or transformation programs.

- Willingness to challenge the status quo and identify process improvement opportunities.
