Responsibilities
- Lead the design and scaling of AI platforms, including conversational AI, knowledge systems, and automation solutions.
- Drive Generative AI and LLM deployment, including MLOps, monitoring, and governance.
- Build cloud native AI pipelines using modern architecture (Azure/AWS, containerisation, CI/CD).
- Deliver AI use cases across KYC, compliance, customer experience, and risk.
- Evaluate emerging tools (e.g. LangChain, vector DBs, agent frameworks).
- Lead and develop a high performing team of engineers.
Requirements
- Academic background in a relevant STEM discipline (MSc preferred, ideally in Mathematics, Data Science, AI, Machine learning, or similar)
- Experience leading the design and scaling of AI platforms, including conversational AI, knowledge systems, and automation solutions
- Experience driving Generative AI and LLM deployment, including MLOps, monitoring, and governance
- Experience building cloud native AI pipelines using modern architecture (Azure/AWS, containerisation, CI/CD)
- Experience delivering AI use cases across KYC, compliance, customer experience, and risk
- Experience evaluating emerging tools (e.g. LangChain, vector DBs, agent frameworks)
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team of engineers
