About the Role

- Lead regional account management, ensuring strong relationships and delivering exceptional service to hotel partners
- Drive in country business development including lead generation, pitching, closing new business, account conversion, and implementation
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Hilton franchisee and non Hilton hotels across selected markets in Middle East & Africa
- Oversee eProcurement onboarding, manage supplier engagement and HSM program adoption
- Analyse account performance and provide data driven recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to hotel stakeholders, helping to optimize procurement strategies and enhance profitability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in sales and account management within a corporate B2B environment
- Solid background in procurement and supplier management with understanding of hospitality market dynamics
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic business plans and meeting revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel across the region

Job Description
- Reporting to the Senior Director Regional Procurement & Customer Engagement MEA.
- Lead regional account management and drive in country business development.
- Strong affinity with hospitality procurement is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of Hilton franchisee and non Hilton hotels across selected markets in Middle East & Africa.
- Deliver high impact account management, ensuring strong relationships, operational excellence, and measurable value.
- Support in country business development by identifying and converting new opportunities.
- Oversee eProcurement onboarding, manage supplier engagement and HSM program adoption.
- Analyse account performance and provide data driven recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hotel stakeholders, helping to optimize procurement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
