Senior Leasing Executive

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Leasing Executive to join our team in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have solid retail leasing experience across Fashion Retail and F&B, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to actively source brands, develop leasing opportunities, and close deals.

• Generate and manage leasing leads and prospect pipelines
• Approach local, regional, and international retail brands
• Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closure
• Prepare leasing proposals, offers, and presentations
• Coordinate with tenants throughout the leasing process, from initial approach through signing and handover
• Maintain accurate leasing reports, pipeline updates, tenant mix plans, and waiting lists
• Conduct market research and identify new retail concepts, brands, and leasing opportunities
• Support the achievement of occupancy, revenue, and tenant-mix targets
• Support tenant collections in coordination with Finance, including follow-up on outstanding payments, deposits, service charges, and other lease-related financial obligations
• Continuously review and update the tenant mix to maintain the right category, brand, and commercial balance
• Maintain an active waiting list of prospective tenants and alternative brands for available and upcoming units
• Use AI-enabled tools to support market research, brand sourcing, leasing analysis, reporting, presentations, prospecting, and day-to-day productivity

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, shopping malls, or commercial real estate
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar and GCC retail market
• Proven negotiation, business development, and deal-closing capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and actively pursue new business opportunities
• Existing relationships with retailers, brands, franchise groups, and F&B operators would be a strong advantage
• Good understanding of lease commercial terms, tenant financial obligations, and leasing documentation
• Good working knowledge of AI and digital tools and their practical application in leasing, market research, data analysis, reporting, and business development
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
