Senior project leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional in Qatar.
The successful candidate will lead major construction projects and maintain full accountability for delivery.
Project Environment
- The role covers site execution and construction project delivery in Qatar.
- The work involves direct management of construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Own projects from mobilization through execution, commissioning, and final handover.
- Manage planning, scheduling, milestones, budgets, cost control, and profitability.
- Oversee civil, MEP, architectural, and finishing works.
- Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, variations, change orders, and claims.
- Maintain QA/QC and HSE performance.
- Manage clients, consultants, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 15 years of construction experience.
- At least 7-10 years in project management roles with a Main Contractor.
- Residential tower construction and large-scale multidisciplinary project delivery experience.
- GCC contracting experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- MME/UPDA certification is required.
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, billing, procurement, variations, claims, QA/QC, and HSE.
- Strong client-facing, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
