Role overview
The Senior Leasing Administrator will join a leading real estate organization in Dubai.
The role manages lease administration, supports tenant relations, maintains lease records, and helps ensure smooth leasing operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and manage lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Ensure lease documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for tenant queries, requests, and lease-related matters.
- Maintain and update lease records and tenant information within property management systems.
- Track lease expiries, critical dates, renewals, rent escalations, and related milestones.
- Support rent collection processes, invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with finance teams.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, lease extensions, and amendments.
- Liaise with tenants, property management teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.
- Prepare leasing reports, lease abstracts, and management summaries.
- Conduct lease audits and ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leasing administration, property administration, or real estate operations.
