Location
- The role is located in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet service quality and response-time targets.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of customer service or customer support experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Contract
- This is a 3-month renewable contract.
