About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key bulk electrical accounts to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support and engineering solutions for load management, metering, and distribution systems
- Coordinate installation, operation, and maintenance of bulk electrical connections and metering systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and operational issues impacting key customers
- Ensure timely and high quality delivery of services in line with SLAs
- Collaborate with internal teams (electrical, metering, operations) to resolve customer requirements
- Review service requests, complaints, and technical submissions related to key accounts
- Prepare technical reports and performance updates for management
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, risk management, and HSE regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all key account activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering or utility bulk supply operations
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and Smart Utility Metering concepts
- Proven experience in key account management and customer relationship handling
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and utility best practices
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
