About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registration Intelligence Specialist to support the implementation and monitoring of an E-Invoicing ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying registration gaps, analyzing taxpayer data, validating onboarding compliance, and supporting intelligence-driven monitoring activities.

Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external datasets to identify taxpayers who are not registered, partially onboarded, or incorrectly registered for e invoicing
- Conduct case reviews, validate registration status, and prepare findings for compliance and onboarding teams
- Perform data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and support cross verification with taxpayer records and approved data sources
- Support improvement of detection rules, intelligence procedures, and reporting mechanisms related to e invoicing adoption
- Prepare intelligence reports, trend analysis, and operational insights on registration and compliance patterns
- Collaborate with tax, compliance, registration, and business teams to drive effective follow up actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 9+ years of experience in taxpayer monitoring, compliance analytics, registration intelligence, audit, or data management functions
- Strong experience in data validation, case analysis, reporting, and compliance monitoring
- Knowledge of tax registration processes, e invoicing concepts, and digital tax platforms
- Experience working with dashboards, analytical tools, and large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication abilities
