MACH CONSULTANTS seeks a dynamic IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives including software development, infrastructure, ERP, and digital transformation projects.

- Manage the complete IT project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Track milestones, KPIs, budgets, and project governance compliance
- Conduct project meetings, prepare status reports, and provide updates to senior management
- Manage project documentation including Project Charters, Requirement Documents, Change Requests, Risk Registers, and Closure Reports
- Coordinate UAT activities and support production deployments
- Manage scope changes through formal change management processes
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 4 5 years of experience managing IT projects
- Strong experience in software development, infrastructure, ERP implementations, and digital transformation initiatives
- Hands on knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, SDLC, ITIL, and change management practices
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong stakeholder management, risk and issue management, vendor coordination, leadership, and problem solving abilities
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master / Agile Certifications

Job Overview
