Responsibilities
- Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to project governance standards
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to senior management
- Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, quality standards, and security requirements
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirement documents, change requests, risk registers, and closure reports
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support production deployments
- Manage project scope changes through established change management processes
- Foster collaboration among cross functional teams and promote continuous process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 4–5 years of experience managing IT projects
- Proven experience delivering software development, infrastructure, ERP, or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

Required Qualifications
