- Design IT infrastructure, networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions
- Prepare BOQs, technical proposals, SOWs, and solution documentation
- Support the Sales team with client meetings, presentations, and site surveys
- Lead project implementation and provide technical guidance
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support AMC customers
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure/System Integration experience
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Networking, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Firewalls
- Hands on experience with enterprise brands such as Microsoft, HPE, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Veeam, Synology, QNAP, Sangfor, Aruba, Ubiquiti, and TP Link Omada
- Experience in solution design, presales, and project implementation
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- UAE experience preferred
