- Conduct telephone marketing and cold calling activities
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer requests
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending opportunities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM/Odoo ERP
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams
- Support proposal preparation and business development activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UAE experience in IT Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, or Sales Coordination
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, or ELV Systems is preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Self motivated, target oriented, and result driven

Job Overview
