Job Overview

  • IT Sales & Marketing Executive (Indoor Sales) position at AGORA Technologies in Abu Dhabi.
  • Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,000 + Incentives on Targets.
  • Company is a growing IT Infrastructure and Technology Solutions Provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone marketing and cold calling activities.
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer requests.
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM/Odoo ERP.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
  • Support proposal preparation and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of UAE experience in IT Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development, or Sales Coordination.
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, or ELV Systems is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and result driven.
  • AI tools knowledge is an advantage.
