About the Role
AGORA Technologies is seeking an IT System Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, and backup solutions
- Deploy and support enterprise networking, switches, routers, Wi Fi, VPNs, and firewalls
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot servers, NAS, and IT infrastructure solutions
- Provide onsite and remote support for AMC customers
- Perform system monitoring, preventive maintenance, backup verification, and documentation
- Support project implementation, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
- Coordinate with the Technical Lead to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
- 4 5 years of IT Infrastructure/System Integration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Enterprise Networking, Virtualization (VMware & Sangfor), Storage, Backup, and Firewalls
- Hands on experience with enterprise brands such as Microsoft, HPE, Dell Technologies, Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, Synology, QNAP, Aruba, Ubiquiti, and TP Link Omada
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- UAE experience preferred

Pay
- AED 5,000 AED 6,000 per month
