- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the UAE.
- Lead and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Work closely with technical and presales teams to prepare proposals and solutions.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities through CRM/Odoo ERP.
- Drive AMC, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital transformation sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in IT Solution Sales or Technology Sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of corporate clients within the UAE market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, and Managed Services
- Experience in team leadership and sales management
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- AI tools knowledge is an advantage
