Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision makers
- Promote IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup, Networking, Managed IT Services, and Digital Transformation solutions
- Prepare sales strategies and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Coordinate with Pre Sales and Technical teams to deliver customer solutions
- Maintain and update CRM with opportunities, activities, and forecasts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry networking events
- Build long term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in B2B IT solution sales
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Networking, Servers, Storage, Backup, Cybersecurity, and Managed IT Services
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong CRM and sales pipeline management skills
- Valid UAE Driving License

About the Role
- AGORA Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B IT solution sales and a proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key decision makers.
- Promote IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup, Networking, Managed IT Services (AMC), and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Prepare sales strategies and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Salary
- AED 7,000 9,000 per month plus incentive on target
