Responsibilities
- Lead and execute internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements
- Develop and implement audit plans aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process enhancement
- Present audit findings and actionable recommendations to the Head of Internal Audit
- Support the development and execution of the annual Internal Audit plan
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Mentor and guide audit team members while promoting continuous learning and best practices
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as CIA or CPA
- 7–8 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management
- Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

- Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
