About the Role
EtihadWE is seeking a Senior Analyst – SAP Security to design, implement, and maintain SAP security and authorization solutions. Responsibilities include SAP user and role administration, SoD analysis, GRC administration, and audit support.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorizations
- Manage SAP user administration and access requests
- Perform SoD analysis and risk remediation activities
- Administer SAP GRC modules including ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM
- Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews
- Conduct periodic access reviews and role recertifications
- Troubleshoot authorization related issues across SAP systems
- Collaborate with SAP Functional, Basis, Audit, and Compliance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Security and Authorization experience
- Hands on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP GRC Access Control
- Strong understanding of SoD, ITGC, SOX, ISO 27001, and governance frameworks
- Experience supporting audits and access governance programs
