Responsibilities
- Manage and control the HSE MS documentation system, ensuring procedures and standards are updated and implemented
- Conduct regular PTW compliance audits and initiate corrective actions
- Plan and execute internal HSE compliance audits and verification reviews
- Maintain and improve compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 22301
- Ensure compliance with MOHRE, Civil Defense, Municipality, and MOCCAE regulations
- Maintain and update the HSE Corporate Risk Register
- Review incident reports and ensure root cause analysis meets standards
- Incorporate lessons learned into operational procedures and training materials
- Oversee contractor HSE prequalification and compliance monitoring
- Track environmental compliance records including waste management and emissions
- Prepare organization for ISO audits and regulatory inspections
- Deliver compliance awareness sessions and toolbox briefings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Master preferred)
- NEBOSH certification; ISO Auditor preferred
- 8+ years experience in industry and leadership, operational risk management, incident investigation, contractor governance
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of ISO and PTW governance
