- Lead the creative direction and concept development for workplace interior projects
- Produce compelling presentations, mood boards, and design narratives that communicate a clear vision

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants throughout the design process
- Develop space planning strategies and design solutions that balance creativity with functionality
- Guide projects from initial brief through design development while ensuring the highest design standards
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of workplace or commercial office projects
- Proven experience in concept design and client facing responsibilities within the UAE market
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other industry standard design software
- A strong eye for detail, materials, and spatial planning

Role Overview
- An award winning design consultancy in Dubai is looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer to join its creative team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and concept development for workplace interior projects.

Compensation
- Paying up to AED 28,000 per month, depending on experience.
