Overview
- Project Location: United Arab Emirates (Dubai and Abu Dhabi Projects). Salary: Up to AED 40,000. The Project Technical Manager will oversee advanced IFC design reviews, value engineering, site logistics plans, and specialist subcontractor coordination.

Must have experience
- Civil Engineering degree with a proven track record delivering mid to high rise residential and commercial turnkey projects in the UAE
- Strong technical proficiency reviewing models in a BIM environment alongside BIM specialists to resolve spatial and design clashes
- Advanced capability preparing structural calculations (formwork, PT slabs, retaining walls) and driving material submittal approvals through consultants
