- Provide strategic technology leadership and align IT initiatives with business objectives
- Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and best practices
- Manage enterprise applications, including ERP, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and other business critical systems
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology
- Lead the adoption of construction technology, AI, and automation solutions
- Manage IT vendors, technology partners, software licensing, and service providers
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management frameworks are maintained
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and investment plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations
- Demonstrated success in delivering digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization projects
- Experience managing enterprise applications, ERP systems, Microsoft technologies, and cloud environments
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Experience working for a large multinational organisation or within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly desirable
- Arabic language skills are preferred
