Responsibilities
- Independently manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timely delivery
- Communicate the company’s brand message through design, presentations, and professional conduct
- Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to understand design needs and translate them into actionable requirements
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure cost effective solutions
- Oversee project supervision both onsite and remotely, maintaining detailed communication with team, clients and contractors
- Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Prepare presentations and drawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock ups, renderings) to meet client expectations
- Manage materials library organization and maintenance
- Handle FF&E & Procurement, including identifying appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and equipment
- Maintain high level of organization and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Manage the ID department deliverables, 3D team & Interns, providing advice, training and performance management
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the studio remains relevant and competitive
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior Design
- At least 7+ years of experience in related field, majority within UAE
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with creative and passion in design
- Experienced in Luxury Residential, Hospitality and Commercial Interior Design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel/Word, Illustrator, PowerPoint, SketchUp
- Strong creative, organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute and manage teams
- Reporting and writing skills in English
- Valid UAE driving license
- Must be flexible and available for international travel based on business needs

Role Overview
- As a Senior Interior Designer, responsibilities include leading the design and execution of interior spaces that meet both functional and aesthetic needs of clients.
- Key tasks involve project management, collaborating with clients, developing designs, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying updated on design trends.
Responsibilities

- Effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to understand design needs, preferences, and objectives, translating them into actionable project requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure cost effective solutions while maintaining high quality standards, including civil and fit out tenders.
- Oversee project supervision both onsite and remotely, maintaining detailed written and verbal communication with the team, clients and contractors.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals for business development.
- Prepare presentations and drawings (3D, 2D, mood boards, mock ups and renderings) to ensure they meet the client expectations and vision.
- Responsibility of the materials library involves organization, maintenance and utilizing it as a critical resource for design projects.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Interior designer with creative and passion in design.
- Experienced in Luxury Residential, Hospitality and Commercial Interior Design
- Proficient in software's including AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel/Word etc., Illustrator, PowerPoint, Sketchup.
- Strong creative organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and manage teams.
- Reporting and writing skills in English.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Must be flexible and available for international travel based on business needs.
