About the Role
ELE Interior Design is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury interior design projects across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. You will manage design direction, mentor junior designers, oversee FF&E and procurement, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design direction for luxury interior design projects including hospitality, residential, and commercial spaces
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Create attractive mood boards, 3D/2D presentations, mock ups, and renderings for client presentations
- Lead space planning for various project types
- Provide budget estimations and maintain commercial awareness
- Oversee FF&E documentation and procurement processes
- Direct and review technical drawings and design documents
- Act as primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects
- Attend site visits to ensure designs are executed per specifications
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
- Prepare and manage project reports
- Maintain industry knowledge and represent the company at industry events
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and InDesign
- Extensive knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Role Overview
- As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the design and execution of interior spaces for projects across Residential, Hospitality and Commercial sectors.
- You will also serve as the bridge between various design disciplines, offering valuable input and leading coordination across Architecture, Landscape, Project Management, and other external partners.

Main Scope of Responsibilities
- Independently Lead Design Projects: Manage the design direction for luxury interior design projects.
- Provide Guidance and Mentorship: Offer support and mentorship to junior designers.
- Commercial & Hospitality Projects: You will be the Lead Designer considered for these types of projects.
- Create Attractive Designs: Lead the creation of innovative and compelling designs.
- Mood Boards & Presentations: Create attractive mood boards, 3D/2D presentations, mock ups, and renderings.
- Space Planning: Lead space planning for various project types.
- Budget Estimations & Commercial Awareness: Provide budget estimations and maintain strong awareness of commercial factors.
- FF&E & Procurement: Oversee the preparation of FF&E documentation and assist in managing procurement processes.
- 3D Visualization: Direct and lead the 3D Visualisers on your projects.
- Technical Drawings: Direct and review the technical team to produce technical drawings.
- Procurement: Oversee large procurement contracts, liaising with overseas suppliers.
- Client Interaction & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in industry standard software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
- Extensive knowledge using 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Travel flexibility for site visits, client meetings, and other project related activities.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
