Responsibilities
- Participate in pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation, and start up of new equipment
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on field instruments
- Troubleshoot instrumentation field issues and issue timely reports
- Review P&IDs, loop drawings, and other technical documents
- Perform calibrated and certified tools for job type

- Experience in instrumentation maintenance and commissioning
- Knowledge of P&IDs, loop drawings, and instrument datasheets
- Familiarity with safety procedures and intrinsic safety requirements

Job Purpose
- Support Expansion Project Instrument activities for pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start up tasks and conduct Instrument field maintenance activities safely to ensure reliability and availability of Company Assets.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Participates in pre commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start up of new equipment and facilities.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance work on field instruments.
- Ensure that material and spare parts are available and in good condition before starting maintenance activities.
- Ensure applicable maintenance procedures are followed and proper controls are in place.
- Provides accurate records and close out reports of all completed work.
- Participates in troubleshooting of instrumentation field issues.
- Reviews Piping & Instrument Diagram and Drawings (P&IDs), loop drawings, hook up drawings, instrument index, instrument datasheets, logic diagrams.
- Perform calibrated and certified tools specific for the job type and ensure requirements for Intrinsic Safety (IS).
- Participates in regular Toolbox meeting and reports all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents.
