Plan, manage, coordinate, and deliver IT projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate activities across technical and business teams.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage governance, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Manage change requests and project escalations.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Support testing, implementation, transition, and project closure.
Skills and competencies
- Project planning and delivery.
- Stakeholder and vendor management.
- Risk, issue, and change management.
- Budget and resource management.
- Strong communication and reporting.
- Agile and/or waterfall methodologies.
- Problem-solving and decision-making.
Experience and qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience delivering medium- to large-scale IT projects.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent relevant certifications may be applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or equivalent depth of knowledge of a technical field is also listed.
