Role Overview

Program Leadership and Delivery

• Lead a large-scale transformation program and define its vision, strategy, objectives, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Lead interconnected projects, workstreams, program managers, project managers, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• Establish ownership, responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations across the program.
• Lead recovery and remediation activities for critical delivery challenges when required.

Governance and Executive Reporting

• Establish governance, controls, reporting frameworks, and decision-making structures.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and contractual commitments.
• Provide executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders, Executive Sponsors, and Steering Committees.
• Escalate and resolve critical risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive consistent delivery standards and methodologies across workstreams.

Stakeholder and Partner Management

• Act as a senior DXC Technology delivery leader and trusted advisor.
• Build relationships with executives, stakeholders, partners, vendors, and internal DXC teams.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align business and technology functions.
• Manage expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle.

Financial, Risk, and Quality Management

• Own program budget, forecasting, resource utilization, revenue, margin, and financial performance.
• Drive cost optimization and effective resource allocation across projects and workstreams.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, contractual, and quality requirements.
• Maintain program documentation, controls, communications, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure the program delivers agreed business outcomes and measurable value.
• Monitor performance against benefits realization plans.
• Drive transition, adoption, operational readiness, and handover into business-as-usual operations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 5 years in senior program leadership positions.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-year technology or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, dependencies, vendors, delivery teams, multi-million-dollar budgets, and systems integration environments.
• Experience engaging C-level executives, senior leadership, Steering Committees, and Executive Sponsors.
• Strong governance, risk management, financial management, delivery assurance, commercial, leadership, communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering complex transformation programs in the UAE or wider GCC region.
• Experience with technology transformation, systems integration, infrastructure, cloud, applications, cybersecurity, or digital modernization programs.
• Experience in highly governed enterprise environments with significant security, confidentiality, and stakeholder management requirements.
• Program or project management certification such as PgMP, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile is preferred.
• A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.

Workplace

• The position is on-site in the United Arab Emirates.
