- Experience conducting structured gap assessments against a compliance schema
- Ability to map ERP fields to UBL or PINT at a functional level
- Experience designing UAT scenarios covering the full Peppol invoice lifecycle
- Experience training Finance and AP/AR teams on rejection codes

Role Overview
- The e Invoicing Implementation & Operations Analyst is the client facing delivery specialist on Flick's onsite team. This role spans the full engagement from discovery to steady state operations.
Implementation Phase
- Lead discovery workshops with the client's Finance, Tax, ERP, and IT teams
- Deliver the gap and remediation report
- Coordinate integration design
- Run UAT
- Deliver training
- Manage go live
Post Go Live
- Handle new BU onboarding
- Regulatory updates
- Monthly reporting
- Billing cycle coordination
Required Experience
- Direct involvement in an e invoicing mandate or Peppol implementation
