Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within key industry sectors
- Manage relationships with major EPC contractors, end users, OEMs, and industrial customers
- Provide technical consultation and solution based selling for hydraulic applications
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations for major projects and contracts
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in compliance with customer requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hydraulic products, fluid power systems, or industrial equipment sales
- At least 5 years of experience in the Qatar market
- Proven experience managing key accounts and delivering significant revenue growth
- Strong exposure to project sales and tendering activities
- Valid Qatar Driving License

Job Summary
- Seeking experienced Senior Hydraulics Sales Engineer to lead business development and sales across Qatar.
- Ideal candidate has extensive experience in hydraulic systems and industrial sales, driving revenue growth and managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
