Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for hydraulic products, systems, and services
- Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, contractors, industrial clients, distributors, and end users
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable hydraulic solutions
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide technical support during product selection, installation, and commissioning stages
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in hydraulic equipment, fluid power systems, industrial automation, or related technical sales
- Strong understanding of hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, power units, filtration systems, hose and fittings, and mobile/industrial hydraulic systems
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical drawings

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in hydraulic equipment, fluid power systems, industrial automation, or related technical sales.
- Strong understanding of: Hydraulic pumps, Hydraulic cylinders, Hydraulic valves, Hydraulic power units (HPUs), Filtration systems, Hose and fittings, Mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
