About the Role
Sun Power-Gen (Engineering) is seeking a Sales Executive to develop new customers for machining and fabrication services in Dubai. The role involves visiting customers, reviewing RFQs, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for machining and fabrication services
- Visit customers regularly and understand their technical requirements
- Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and coordinate with the engineering/Estimation team for quotations
- Prepare techno commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and submit periodic sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant Sales Experience
- 2–4 years of sales experience in machining, fabrication, precision engineering, metalworking, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- UAE/GCC market experience preferred
- Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, structural steel, and sheet metal works
- Familiarity with costing, estimation, and quotation preparation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Required Qualifications

Technical Knowledge
