Senior HR role supporting Mondelēz International's commercial organization in KSA.
The role partners with senior leaders to improve workforce performance, talent, engagement, and change management.
The People Lead is a member of the KSA Commercial Leadership Team and supports commercial growth ambitions.
Core responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior People Lead on global and local policy and change initiatives.
- Guide functional priorities and plans with function leads and middle managers.
- Use workforce data and analytics to support decisions, operational processes, and actionable plans.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and talent mobility.
- Manage works council relations and support compliance with labor policies, laws, and agreements.
- Advise the KSA Commercial Director and Commercial Leadership Team on the people agenda.
- Co-own the KSA commercial plan from a people perspective, including talent, structure, and capability planning.
- Translate global and MENAP people priorities into locally relevant commercial initiatives.
- Drive engagement action planning and build a locally authentic, globally connected culture.
- Lead local talent development and workforce initiatives aligned with Saudi regulations and government frameworks.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive HR or people experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG, CPG, or multinational environment.
- Experience working within the KSA market with strong local networks and community connections.
- Experience supporting commercial or sales organizations.
- Deep understanding of the KSA commercial ecosystem, retail landscape, talent market, cultural dynamics, workforce regulations, and national economic priorities.
- Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership in a commercial context.
- Experience building local talent development strategies and pipelines of commercial leaders.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
