Responsibilities
- Assess the current state of HR across the organization including governance, policies, legal compliance, HR systems, recruitment, job architecture, compensation, performance management, L&D, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Map HR related activities currently performed by Legal, Internal Audit, and systems functions, and identify gaps versus a corporate HR operating model
- Define the mandate, structure, and operating model of a centralized corporate HR function at group level
- Design a standardized corporate HR policies and procedures framework applicable across jurisdictions
- Define the future corporate HR leadership role including responsibilities, profile, and reporting line
- Develop a phased implementation roadmap including transition of HR ownership from Legal to Corporate HR
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of senior HR experience in corporate HR transformation, HR strategy, or HR operating model design within multi entity organizations
- Multi jurisdictional HR experience across at least two regions (Europe, Asia, or Middle East & Africa)
- Proven experience designing corporate HR policies, governance frameworks, and HR operating models from assessment through to recommendation
- Strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, chemicals, or distribution sectors
- Experience from a leading HR consulting firm, Big 4 People Advisory practice, or senior in house Group HR leadership role (Director level)
- CIPD Level 7, SHRM SCP, SPHR or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
