About the Role

  • Faithful Executive is recruiting on behalf of a partner in Jeddah, KSA for an experienced HR leader.
  • The role focuses on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HR functions including Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Design and implement succession plans, performance improvement programs (PIP), and comprehensive training initiatives.
  • Manage manpower planning, HR budgets, and workforce analytics.
  • Deliver insights and reports on recruitment, retention, and overall HR KPIs to executive management.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure HR processes meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Update and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and best practices in line with evolving business needs.
  • Coach and mentor HR teams to enhance effectiveness and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to Talent Management, L&D, and strategic HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, interfacing with leadership and influencing organizational decisions.
  • Experience with workforce planning, performance management, and HR analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor regulations in Saudi Arabia, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, and strategic thinking capability.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
