Responsibilities
- Lead the full financial planning and analysis function across multiple business verticals (hospitality, F&B, real estate)
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
- Develop dynamic financial models to support decision making and strategic planning
- Analyze variances and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
- Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and M&A projects
- Support the CFO in executive level reporting and board presentations
- Drive process improvement and implement best practices across the finance function
- Ensure adherence to financial standards and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, within hospitality, real estate, or multi unit F&B
- Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Prior experience in the GCC region is required
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Role Overview
- Faithful Executive is recruiting on behalf of a leading player in hospitality, F&B, and real estate sectors in Doha, Qatar.
- They are seeking a strong financial strategist to take ownership of the planning and performance function as Group FP&A Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full financial planning and analysis function across multiple business verticals (hospitality, F&B, real estate).
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes.
- Develop dynamic financial models to support decision making and strategic planning.

Qualifications
