Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a people first culture strategy that fosters engagement, belonging, and performance
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and retention
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership to align people and business strategies
- Lead culture transformation, change management, and employee experience initiatives
- Build frameworks for succession planning, capability development, and leadership growth
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with Saudi labor laws and aligned with international best practices
- Champion DEI efforts and ensure a psychologically safe workplace
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior level HR or People & Culture leadership role
- Proven success in culture development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation in KSA
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and regional HR trends
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are a strong advantage
