Role Overview
The Senior HUC Manager manages planning and delivery of an assigned project's hook-up and commissioning scope.
The role manages HUC engineers, offshore marine spread, work scopes, schedules, manpower, commercial reporting, and safe execution.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop HUC scopes, deliverables, execution plans, and schedules.
- Manage the assigned HUC team and coordinate with internal departments.
- Lead constructability reviews and readiness processes before mobilisation.
- Manage JUBs, workboats, supply boats, and other marine spread.
- Control the HUC budget and report estimate-at-completion performance.
- Manage client relationships, project meetings, execution strategies, and deliverables.
- Conduct HAZID and SIMOPS workshops and manage operational risks.
- Define critical subcontractor and vendor requirements.
- Manage offshore campaign progress, daily calls, personnel safety, and offshore mobilisation.
