Job Overview
The Contracts Management Specialist supports contract management activities across global engineering, procurement, construction, and installation projects.
The role handles routine and moderately complex commercial issues while ensuring alignment with contractual obligations.
The position supports large-scale energy infrastructure projects during EPC project execution and strategic contract initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Own contract administration across all project phases with guidance from senior team members.
- Implement contract procedures, ensure compliance, and maintain contract records and data schedules.
- Prepare contractual correspondence, draft notices, and develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Identify and report contractual risks and coordinate change management, claims, and disputes.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier contractual compliance and manage contractual communications.
- Interface with project management, engineering, supply chain, fabrication, construction, marine, legal, finance, and customer teams.
Pre- and Post-Award Activities
- Support pre-contract activities, tender submissions, contract qualifications, bid lessons learned, and customer negotiations.
